Once you have booked The Gathering Place and signed your contract there will be instructions listed on the bottom of your receipt of  how to access the building for the time of your rental. 

After you have booked you will be sent a link to fill out the contract.

**ALL CONTRACTS MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE YOUR EVENT**

We use a Nest thermostat for heating and cooling. In order to adjust the temperature slightly tap the right side of the nest to wake it up. Then slide your finger up or down to adjust the temperature up or down accordingly.

The Gathering Room wants to make every event here a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on site. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and walls. Any damage will be charged after your event.

Notice of cancellation with at least 30-day notice results in a full refund minus credit card processing fees.
From 30 days prior to event: No space rental payment(s) will be refunded.
